These terms apply when you order food, book a table, or use any part of this website. By placing an order you agree to them. If something here is unclear, call us on +91 97423 88309 and we will explain it.

Who we are

True Native Multi Cuisine Restaurant is a restaurant operating from the address above. Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the restaurant, and "you" refers to the person placing an order or booking.

Placing an order

• An order is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by showing you an order ID on screen and, where needed, by calling the phone number you gave us.
• You must give a working 10-digit Indian mobile number. We use it only to confirm your order and to reach you if there is a problem with it.
• We may decline an order if an item has run out, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, if the kitchen is at capacity, or if we cannot reach you on the number provided.
• If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. See our Refunds & Cancellations page.

Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The total shown at checkout is the final amount. It already includes CGST at 2.5% and SGST at 2.5%, along with any packing or delivery charge that applies to your order type.
• Nothing is added after checkout. What you see on the checkout screen is what you pay.
• Your order is priced by our server, not by your browser, so the amount charged always matches our current menu prices.
• Menu prices may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

Payment

• You can pay online at checkout, or choose to pay at the restaurant by cash or UPI.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
• If a payment is taken but you do not see an order confirmation, do not pay again. Call us on +91 97423 88309 with your payment reference and we will sort it out.

Table bookings

• A booking request is not confirmed until we call you back to confirm it.
• We hold a booked table for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that we may release it to other guests.
• To cancel or change a booking, call us. There is no charge for cancelling a table booking.

Food, allergies and dietary needs

• Our kitchen prepares vegetarian and non-vegetarian food in the same space and uses shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, egg, soy, or shellfish.
• If you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement, call us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it.
• Dish descriptions and photographs on this site are a guide. Presentation and garnish may vary.

Reviews you post

Reviews submitted through this site are read by our team before they appear publicly. We publish honest reviews, including critical ones. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information about other people, spam, or content unrelated to a visit to the restaurant.

Using this website

• The menu text, photographs, branding and page design on this site belong to True Native. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fake orders, or access the staff area without authorisation.
• We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. If online ordering is down, please call us.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for serving food that is safe and matches what you ordered. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
